Our annual dues are $400.00 dollars and are required each year for each property.
Our initiation fee is $450.00 dollars.
We have a $10 dollar processing fee
The Fairways and The Lake are both owner occupied subdivisions and rentals are prohibited-no exceptions. New buyers are required to provide an email confirmation of understanding that their new home shall be their primary residence, and rentals are prohibited. Closing attorneys can mail payment to PO Box 956382, Duluth Ga 30095.
